Kennedy Tire & Auto Service

Kennedy Tire did a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. They seemed to be very thorough and took the time to look at everything. Bert was helpful in explaining why the car I was potentially going to buy might not be a good choice.

I had gone to, and called just about every tire shop in the metro trying to find tires for my pregnant daughter that needed some new, and safe tires to drive on. I called Kennedy and talked to the man Bert. We went back and forth about five times trying everything he could do to help us out. Well he did, and I couldn’t be any happier about his true generosity, and willingness to help me out in a tough situation. He was more than patient, beyond helpful, and 1000% considerate of our situation. I couldn’t recommend anyone raise more than Kennedy, and Bert hands down. If you’re in need of good tires and need help finding a solution, JUST CALL BERT @ Kenned Auto Repair in Edmond. Thank you again very much Bert!

I enjoyed my experience at Kennedy Tire and Auto Service. They were quick and courteous and informed me of things that most other places wouldn’t have even checked. The price was right and the service came with a great attitude. They are my kind of people. I appreciated their owners manual on the counter and the music was amazing. I knew every song. The snacks and coffee hit the spot. I will return. They have a customer for life. I even told my friends and they are going to do business with them as well. 5 STARS!!!!

These guys have made me a customer for life! Four weeks ago I took my jeep in for some front end repairs. When I picked it up everything seemed ok, but after a week or so I began to notice some noise coming from my front end and thought it was my CVC joints. So I took it back to them and ask to check it out. The next day they called and told me that when they had done the previous work they had failed to fully tighten the rack and pinion mechanism and it had become very loose and was the source of the noise. They said that since it was their mistake they would take care of it with no cost to me. I was so grateful for their honesty as they could have taken advantage of me and I would never have known any difference. It so encouraging to know that there are still trustworthy mechanics out there, so going forward they will be the place I take my vehicle for everything from oil changes, tires and anything else my vehicles need! Thank you Kennedy for your true customer care. Steve C.

I went in to Kennedy Tire and Auto to have a screw removed from one of my tires today with no appt. They worked me in quickly and when they were done, didn’t charge me a thing for the repair. Just asked that I come back when I need any service done on my vehicle. You don’t see that these days and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I will most certainly be back.
